A Bit About Me

I imagine a world where people are not in constant pain and anxiety, where they are able to live in the present moment without guilt or worry and my dream is to demonstrate and teach the tools that can activate a fulfilled and peaceful life filled with joy.

In this course I pass along the best practices in all that I've learned over the years in my personal journey, while gaining my Masters in Psychology and gaining experience in Shamanic and other spiritual practices. 

What to Expect

This course is 100% virtual. The recording will NOT be provided, if you sign up for this course, it is highly recommended to come to every single session to get the full experience of solidifying your boundaries. Each session is 2 hours! 

How to prepare: 

- Bring a journal

- Bring some tea, water or beverage of your choice

- Be in comfortable clothing

- Be in a quiet comfortable space where you will not be disturbed (full focus and attention will bring you greater results)

- Create space in your day to day to integrate what you've learned (10-20 mins per day to do the home play) 

This is a change in your very being, in order to create these solid boundaries it is necessary to make a shift in your everyday.
